What if my order fails to arrive or gets lost in the post?

Fortunately, there’s not much chance of your order getting lost – only about 0.2% of packages disappear in the postal system.

However, if your package doesn’t arrive owing to an error on behalf of the postal services, we will re-ship your order for free if it has not yet been received 30 days after dispatch.

Alternatively, you can opt for a refund.
